MISSION
To establish a foundation Speckle Park herd using quality genetics to produce seedstock to assist in optimising the profitability of commercial breeders and aid in providing diversity in genetics to other stud breeders.
ABOUT US
Ebbwvale was established as an Angus Stud 24 years ago, moving later to crossing our Angus females with Bonsmara and Belmont Red bulls before changing our focus, over recent years, to the Speckle Park breed.
Sound, functional and fertile animals
We aim to produce sound, functional, fertile cattle, giving special attention to feet and legs, that will perform to benefit our clients and further the Speckle Park breed. All this without losing sight of the end product, tender, tasty beef for which the Speckle Park have won many paddock to plate awards
Located in the Southern Highlands
Ebbwvale is located in Woodlands, in the Southern Highlands of NSW, about half way between Sydney and Canberra off the Old Hume Hwy. We live on property, which we run ourselves, sharing our passion with family, and enjoying developing relationships with others in the Speckle Park industry.
